Smoke Tokes is open during COVID-19! We are staying safe and working non-stop to make sure we get your orders out on time. Due to the high volume or orders and calls, we do ask that you e-mail us to get a speedy response. Please provide us with as much information as you can. Make sure you e-mail us with your order number and the specific question you have.


What conditions must I meet to be eligible for free shipping?

For your order to be eligible for free shipping, it must meet these three requirements:

- The order must be in the total of, or greater than, $750 (USD)

- The order must be shipped to a location within the contiguous United States

- Any order containing butane products will be charged shipping based off the weight of the butane, not the whole order.

What Types of Shipping Do You Offer?

It depends on where you are, but generally, we offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, and overnight shipping.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

It depends on what shipping option you choose, and where you live, but you can plan on about $20 for the standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping generally costs more. Call or email  us directly if you have any questions about shipping to your area.

Will I Have to Sign for Delivery?

Yes. An adult (21 or over) will have to sign for each order upon delivery.

Do You Offer Discreet Shipping?

Yes. We’re not here to blow up your spot with flashy packaging. All of our orders are delivered in premium packaging to ensure your products, especially fragile glass pieces, stay intact.

However, our deliveries are always discreet and professional.

My Order Arrived Damaged or Didn’t Contain the Correct Items. Help?

No worries. Just contact us and we’ll get you taken care of. We’re proud of our shipping policies, so should something come up, just get in touch and we’ll get it worked out quickly.

Yes. There is a minimum purchase value of $300 dollars.
